Everything else my own resources.

The above is a reworking of the very first manipulation I ever did. In those days I was so afraid of using colour and not being able to blend images properly, I stuck to just producing sepia manipulations which seemed to allow me to get away with more.

Then I discovered a wonderful tutorial in Advanced Photoshop Magazine by the ever talented Aimee Stewart aka Foxfires over on Deviant Art and produced this gloriously technicoloured *ahem* 'masterpiece,' based on one of Aimee's own designs;

and voila my fear of using colour disappeared off into the ether.

At the moment I'm working on another manipulation which doesn't seem to be going too well. I want to turn it into a night scene but no matter what I do it ends up looking so dark all the features of the piece lose their distinction. I'm umming and aaahing whether to just ditch it altogether, or carry on in the hope that it will magically all come together at the last minute....
