Flora without the Fauna

If I had a spare £70,000 - £100,000 kicking around, I'd buy 'Flora' - this charcoal study by John William Waterhouse, up for auction as part of a Southerby's sale of Victorian and Edwardian art on Tuesday 13th July.

I'd best start praying for a miracle or at least a comparatively modest win on the lottery.

Ho hum....

  1. Oh I really love this drawing! Would be fantastic to see it up close in the flesh... I'd probebly be bidding against you if I had a bean!
