Such a pity about the nattering halfway through this wonderous performance. The guy's name is Luc Arbogast, who often performs, sometimes alongside his wife, outside of Strasbourg Cathedral. There are numerous videos of his performances scattered around the net, including a myspace profile for anybody interested in checking him out further.
