Nice Post!

Isn't it a great feeling when the postman delivers something other than bills to your door?

The lovely and extremely talented Lorna over on http://lorna-artymess.blogspot.com/ recently hosted a blog 'give-away' which I was lucky enough to win. The first time, I might add, that I've ever won anything in my entire life!

This morning it arrived, so beautifully wrapped that I was almost tempted to leave it as it was and just gaze admiringly at the packaging;






but temptation soon got the better of me, and I discovered, not one, but two treasures wrapped within;



How lovely are they? The heart brooch in particular will be treasured by me, not least because as Lorna says on her blog;

.It's the first piece of creativity I have managed since the 'R' word (made it yesterday) ........From now on it's only the 'L' word.... Love, Love, Love .....

Thank you so much for making my day that much brighter Lorna, the brooch is on my coat already......now I just have to find somewhere to go to show it off!
